专利说明:
Pipe coupling system The invention relates to a pipe coupling system, in particular for a garment drying appara- tus in which a support tube is formed by tubes, which are connected in an air-conducting manner to the distribution pipe and have outlet openings for ventilating and drying the clothes, and the distributor pipe is connected to a hot-air blower connected. In known embodiments of this type, coupling takes place via conventional compressed-air coupling systems in which cone-fitted pieces are pushed into a piece against pipe pieces, wherein locking balls are provided on the counter tube pieces, which engage in inserted state in an undercut of the inserted fitting. The locking balls are fixed by means of axially displaceable sleeves. These embodiments have the disadvantage that for the insertion of the pipe sections always both hands are needed, with one hand, the sleeve must be moved to release the locking balls in the axial direction away from the mouth, after which then the other tube part with the support bracket thereon along with appended clothes to be dried in the coupling part must be used, after which then when fully inserted only the sleeve for securing the locking balls in the axial direction can be moved back. This requires some skill since, if not properly seated, either the sleeve can not be moved back, which may result in the stirrup falling down together with the garment thereon or, on the other hand, when removed due to the weight of the garment, as the sheaths are removed from the stowage position, the stirrup will slip out can be made from the coupling. The invention is now based on the object to provide a pipe coupling system, where on the one hand a simple hooking of the support bracket is possible and on the other handeinein secure hold is ensured, even if the clothes hanger to be dried on the mounting bracket is moved more violently. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the pipe coupling system consists of two pipe pieces, one of which is provided on the manifold and on the mounting bracket and one has a coupling member and the other a receptacle for the coupling member and a in the axial direction of the pipe pieces on one of the pipe pieces on the another tube is provided with bridging the coupling point push-on sleeve. Thus, a slight insertion of the coupling member into the receptacle is possible wherein the two mutually coupled parts are secured in their position by the axially displaceable sleeve. Advantageously, the coupling member may be a flange formed by a circumferential groove, wherein the receptacle is a laterally open, transversely to the axial direction incision with an incision continuing undercut, wherein the outer diameter of the flange corresponds to the inner diameter of the undercut and wherein in the remaining by the incision edge of the pipe piece end the undercut is correspondingly cut in width corresponding to the diameter of the pipe section at the groove bottom. Thus, a lateral insertion of the coupling member is possible in the recording, so that a secure hold of the support bracket is already given by the insertion of the distribution tube, then by pushing the sleeve and the bridging of the coupling point a backup of the coupling member is achieved in the recording.Dabei the distance the incision from the end of the pipe section corresponds to the width of the groove and the width of the recess the pressure of the flange. Thus, only a small game exhibiting coupling of the two parts is possible, wherein the support bracket remains free to rotate within the receptacle. Finally, cylindrical mating surfaces on which the sleeve is sealingly guided can be provided on the outer circumference of the tube pieces. This ensures that no air leakage losses between sleeve inner wall and Rohraußenwandung occurs. Fig. 1 shows the individual parts of the coupling system separated from each other. Fig. 2 is a bottom view of the suspending member. Fig. 3 shows the coupling system with hinged mounting bracket again. Fig. 4 illustrates the operating state of the coupling system. 1 with a distributor tube is called that is provided with a threaded hole 1 '. In this threaded hole 1 ', a threaded connector 34 is screwed, which carries the pipe coupling system 3. To the pipe coupling system, a mounting bracket 2 is connected, which are connected via a connecting piece 2 'with a coupling member 4. This coupling member 4 serves to hook in a receptacle 5, which 'carries at its upper end the threaded connector 3. 6 denotes a sealing sleeve which is displaceable in the axial direction on the receiving piece 5. The coupling member 4 has at its free end a flange 7 which is bounded by a Nut8 from the coupling member 4. For receiving the coupling member 4, the receptacle 5 an undercut 9, whose largest diameter corresponds to the diameter of the flange 4. This undercut 5 has an incision 10 which extends back to the undercut and a slot in the receptacle 5 ff eigibt, which corresponds to the width of the flange 7. The wall of the undercut thus continues only to the incision 10, with which under the undercut 9 cheeks 9 'remain, which engage in the groove 8. The cheeks are parallel to the undercut at the incision 10 open, whereby insertion of the coupling member 4 is made possible in the receptacle 5. On the coupling member, a sealing surface 11 and on the receptacle 5, a sealing surface 12 is provided, which have the same diameter, wherein the sleeve 6 in the axial direction via the connection between coupling member 4 and receptacle 5 is displaceable. In this case, in the sleeve 6 seals 13,14 are provided, of which sealing the coupling member 4 closer seal in the pushed state on the sealing surface 11 and the second seal 14 on the sealing surface 12 of the receptacle 5 seals. See in this regard FIG. 4. The coupling member 4 is screwed via a threaded piece 15 in the connecting piece 2 'of the mounting bracket 2 and thus tightly connected to the connecting piece 2, which in turn carries the mounting bracket 2. The interiors of the support bracket 2, the connecting piece 2 ', the coupling member 4, the receptacle 5 and the manifold 1 are conductively connected to each other, whereby air supplied in the manifold 1 can be conducted into the support bracket 2, from which it can then escape to the garments to be dried. For the use of the coupling system, the coupling member 4 is alreadyfixfixed on the connector 2 and also the receptacle 5 is fixedly screwed into the manifold 1. Now, if a garment is to be dried, this is hung on the support bracket 2 and the support bracket 2 then suspended via the coupling member 4 in the receptacle 5 that the flange 7 is inserted into the undercut 9 from the side through the incision 10, wherein the retaining cheeks 9 'engage in the groove 8. The coupling member 4 is thus coaxially aligned with the receptacle 5, after which the sleeve 6 is then shifted from the retracted state shown in Fig. 3 to the reproduced in Fig. 4 sealing state. This is then a tight connection between the manifold 1 and the support bracket 2 given. The coupling system described above can be applied both for air or for warm water, wherein in a hot water use in a manner not shown on the mounting brackets water discharge pipes are connected. The removal of the already dried garments then takes place in an analogous reverse manner, that is, first the sleeve 6 is fully pushed onto the receptacle 5, after which the coupling member 4 can laterally be removed from the receptacle 5. If one of the receptacles 5 are not used for drying garments, then the sleeve 6 is pushed down from the receptacle 5 in a manner not shown until the end of the sleeve carrying the seal 13 is free, after which a stopper can be inserted into this sleeve. which then seals the receptacle 5 and thus an undesired exit from the heat transfer medium is prevented, or it can be used a coupling member similar to the fitting piece, which has no through hole.
